It is our understanding that it was published that AdStar/The LED Sign Company has filed chapter 7 in Houston, TX. AdStar is not honoring any warranties or outstanding commitments. AdStar and the LED Sign Company sold signs manufactured by OPTEC, VANTAGE SIGNS (888-595-3956)  and other unknown manufacturers. The new U.S. Distributor for VANTAGE SIGNS (888-595-3956) is Evolution LED (480-951-0003). Evolution LED (480-951-0003) is not honoring any AdStar Warranties. The manufacture Vantage Signs (888-595-3956) is not standing behind any of their full color displays sold by AdStar. Vantage Signs (888-595-3956) will not sell parts to previous AdStar dealers or to the new Evolution LED (480-951-0003) distributors, but only to a specific sign company that is selling service contracts to previous AdStar customers. This is a business monopoly and a manufacture's decision that ImagePro Signs does not agree with or support. For this reason, ImagePro Signs has rescinded it's distributorship contract with Evolutions LED (480-951-0003) only because they purchase their signs from Vantage Signs (888-595-3956).  If you are in need of a LED Display or wish to refer someone to purchase a LED Display, Please contact us. 1-888-562-4346.
